In related news, Meghan and Harry have given fans a better look at their baby Archie to celebrate Father's Day, sharing a photo of little baby clutching Prince Harry's finger.

AceShowbiz - It appears that not all of British royal family members were thrilled when things between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got serious. A new report suggests that Prince Philip advised the Duke of Sussex not to marry the former "Suits" actress and it had something to do with her status as a celebrity.

According to The Sun, the Duke of Edinburgh told Harry to be careful in his wooing Meghan, whom he married in May 2018. "One steps out with actresses, one doesn't marry them," the 98-year-old outspoken royal allegedly said.

It seemed like Harry was determined to be together with Meghan despite the advice though it didn't change anything in Harry's strong relationship with his "grandpa" Philip. Alongside Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip was among the first people who met Harry and Meghan's first child Archie.

"We just bumped into the Duke as we were walking by, which was so nice," Meghan said of Philip in a brief interview during a photocall.

In related news, Meghan and Harry released a new photo of their baby to celebrate Father's Day. Uploaded on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's joint Instagram account, the photo saw the baby on his father's lap while clutching Prince Harry's finger. "Wishing a very special first Father's Day to The Duke of Sussex," so the royals wrote in the caption.

"Baby Archie you are loved by the world you just don't know it yet," a gushing fan said in the comment section. Many others pointed that Archie resembled Harry a lot with one fan writing, "Looks a lot like little Harry."

Meanwhile, new details about Archie's upcoming christening have just emerged online. It is said that it will take place at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle in July. Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams notes that the chapel is a special place for both Harry and Meghan as it's where Harry was christened in 1984, and where the pair tied the knot last year.

Fitzwilliams added that it will be a "highly significant" event since Archie is the first royal baby born to parents of different ethnicities. It will also highlight a "changing royal family which reflects society as a whole in modern Britain as in the Commonwealth more closely," he adds.
