AceShowbiz - Pete Davidson made his runway debut as he appeared in Alexander Wang's fashion show in New York.
The "Saturday Night Live" comedian walked in the designer's Collection1 2020 show at Rockefeller Center on Friday, May 31.
Davidson wore a plain white tank, a pair of baggy hybrid leather and denim pants, a logo belt, and a baseball hat worn backwards.
The comedian was shy and awkward, according to a reporter from Vogue.com, but appeared pleased with the shocked reaction from the audience, who whooped and cheered when he arrived on the runway.
Huffington Post writer Jenna Amatulli also shared a cheeky snap of Pete yawning while walking on the runway.
"Pete Davidson walking the runway at Alexander Wang’s show in Rockefeller Center while yawning is... less BDE (big d*** energy) and more LOL (laugh out loud)," she shared on Twitter.
Wang, 35, made the event open to the public, and invited 1,000 New Yorkers to watch from the Rockefeller Center's upper plaza, with 360 fashion industry attendees sat on the lower level.
"Part of the coup of winning this location is that the company has a really organised location for industry types to sit and see the show in a very controlled manner on the lower level," an Alexander Wang spokesperson told WWD.
"Then, we invite essentially New York City to come to experience the show on the upper plaza. As an American brand that is rooted in New York, Rockefeller Center represented the energy and the epicenter of New York City."
Wang later shared a snap of him and Pete backstage, showing the duo beaming after the 25-year-old's debut.
