The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office files charges against Presley Gerber a little over two months after he failed a field sobriety test when pulled over by Beverly Hills police in December 2018.

AceShowbiz - Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's son, Presley Gerber, has officially been charged with a DUI following his arrest for drinking and driving earlier this year.
The young model, 19, was pulled over on December 30 (2018) by police officers in Beverly Hills, California for speeding in his sporty Tesla and then reportedly failed a field sobriety test. He was booked for driving under the influence and released without bail.
At the time, his lawyer told TMZ, "Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the necessary steps to address the allegations."
Now, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office have filed charges against Presley and he now faces one count of DUI and another of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08, both misdemeanours.
If convicted, Presley faces up to six months in jail and a fine.
