The Atlanta-based record label, which oversees the 'Bodak Yellow' hitmaker's career, has also shut down the legal action story, calling it 'fake news' through its social media account.

AceShowbiz - Rapper Cardi B is denying reports she is suing bosses at Quality Control Management over a lawsuit she is facing from an autograph-seeking fan.

The "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker was approached by autograph-seeker Giovanni Arnold while she and husband Offset were leaving a Met Gala afterparty at The Mark Hotel in New York in May (2018). According to reports, the couple refused to sign any autographs and the Migos star is accused of ordering three security guards to attack Arnold, reportedly leaving him with face, neck, back, and body injuries.

He has since filed suit against the couple and bosses at The Mark Hotel, seeking unspecified damages and on Wednesday, January 30 it was reported Cardi launched her own lawsuit against bosses at Quality Control Management, who oversee the careers of the 26-year-old, her husband, and his band Migos, and officials at the hotel, accusing the hired security guards of failing to do their jobs.

However, Cardi has since denied she is taking legal action against the executives.

"BIG F**KIN LIES," she wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post. "wow! This is sooo scary who come up with this? Don't ya know we family (sic)...!".

Quality Control Management executives have also hit out at the reports.

"Fake news and shame on you @complex @hotnewhiphop @theblast and any other blog spreading these lies," a message on the company's Instagram account reads.
