AceShowbiz - After long speculations, Jason Tartick and Kaitlyn Bristowe have confirmed their romance. The new couple made first TV appearance in the Wednesday, January 30 episode of "Today" as couple.

When asked about rumors of them dating, Jason, who appeared in Becca Kufrin's season of "The Bachelorette" responded, "Yeah, it's true, Kaitlyn Bristowe." The 30-year-old further revealed to co-host Hoda Kotb that they had been together for about "a month or so," following their meeting on Kaitlyn's podcast "Off the Vine".

"I mean I was gonna use my podcast to break the news, but I guess the 'Today' show beat me to it," Kaitlyn joked during the morning segment of the NBC talk show. Jason explained that their relationship was shifting from a friendship to something more. "We were friends, a little banter here and there, and then friendship turned into a relationship," he explained.

It arrives after Kaitlyn admitted in an episode of her podcast that she considered him her boyfriend following a couple of dates in Denver, Colorado. Kaitlyn shared, "We both feel like we're established and where we wanna be in our lives and we have, like, the self-love and respect to actually, like, be in a mature, healthy relationship."

She went on saying, "I would be upset if he was dating anyone else and I think he would be upset if I was dating anyone else."

Kaitlyn and Jason first sparked romance rumors after they had fun-filled dates in Denver, Colorado. The dates included them drinking as well as a whole lot of singing and dancing, and those moments were all documented on Instagram Stories. One of the footage featured Kaitlyn singing Carly Rae Jepsen's 2012 hit "Call Me Maybe". At the end of the video, Jason could be heard saying, "She's beautiful."

Another video saw the pair enjoying the moment together. "He likes wine and dancing," Kaitlyn said of her now-boyfriend.

Kaitlyn was previously engaged to Shawn Booth before announcing their split in November last year.
