The U.S. President says it's 'marginal' to still believe in Santa Claus when answering calls to the federal government's official 'Santa Tracker'.

AceShowbiz - Donald Trump turned into Grinch on Christmas Eve. The President of the United States almost ruined a child's Christmas and destroyed his belief in Santa Claus during a phone call at the White House on late Monday, December 24.
Trump did the unthinkable when he and Melania answered calls from children who phoned to the federal government's official "Santa Tracker", run by the North American Aerospace Defense Command for 63 years. The two were sitting in front of the fireplace in the White House State Room.
In a video which has circulated online, he was heard asking a 7-year-old boy named Coleman over the phone, "Are you still a believer in Santa?" He added with a chuckle, " 'Cause at 7 it's marginal, right?"

Trump was nicer during a phone call with another child, asking, "What's Santa going to get you for Christmas? Who's with you....Have a great Christmas...and I'll talk to you again, OK?" He was also asking kids about their hometowns and thanking a general for his service.
Meanwhile, the First Lady gave the children nurturing and encouraging messages, such as "I want to wish you a Merry Christmas" and "I hope your dreams come true." Sharing the images on her Twitter account, she called the event one of her favorite traditions.

Earlier that day, Trump lamented about having to work on Christmas Eve. Pitying himself, he tweeted, "I am all alone (poor me) in the White House waiting for the Democrats to come back and make a deal on desperately needed Border Security. At some point the Democrats not wanting to make a deal will cost our Country more money than the Border Wall we are all talking about. Crazy!"

Showing that he's still working, he shared a picture from the Oval Office featuring him and some of his staff. "Christmas Eve briefing with my team working on North Korea - Progress being made. Looking forward to my next summit with Chairman Kim!" he wrote in the caption.

I am in the Oval Office & just gave out a 115 mile long contract for another large section of the Wall in Texas. We are already building and renovating many miles of Wall, some complete. Democrats must end Shutdown and finish funding. Billions of Dollars, & lives, will be saved!

He went on boasting about the wall which is being built, adding in another post, "I am in the Oval Office & just gave out a 115 mile long contract for another large section of the Wall in Texas. We are already building and renovating many miles of Wall, some complete. Democrats must end Shutdown and finish funding. Billions of Dollars, & lives, will be saved!"
