The staff understand that the Duchess of Sussex is just being enthustiastic, but it's said that they find her strong dive is too overwhelming.

AceShowbiz - Meghan Markle is adapting fast to her new life. The new royal is said to be passionate about her new job and has been showing a strong drive while trying to shape her role. While having a strong work ethic is a good thing, the former "Suits" actress' is allegedly too formidable that it rubs Palace staff the wrong way.

"It is said palace staff have never experienced anything remotely like Meghan's formidable work ethic, matched only by the incessant stream of ideas about how to shape her role," Daily Mail reports.

According to the publication, the pregnant Duchess of Sussex would wake up at 5 A.M. every day before flooding the palace aides of her new ideas in around six or seven texts.

The staff understand that Meghan is just being enthustiastic, but her "up and at 'em West Coast energy is an uncomfortable fit with the more formal ethos of some of the palace staff."

Ever since joining the royal family, Meghan has been conducting a series of "undercover" missions to meet the British people, particularly those associated with good causes, in addition to her publicised engagements. The Duchess just recently finished her first royal 16-day tour in Australia, Fiji and New Zealand alongside husband Prince Harry.

The new report arrives after it was said that Meghan's personal assistant unexpectedly quit only six months after Meghan's official entry into the British monarchy. Allegedly named Melissa, a source told Daily Mail that she is "a hugely talented person." The source went on sharing, "She played a pivotal role in the success of the royal wedding and will be missed by everyone in the royal household."

A Palace source, however, declined to comment on the report.
