The rapper insists it should be thrown out because when he reposted the image of Mari online.

AceShowbiz - Rapper 50 Cent is asking a judge to dismiss singer Teairra Mari's revenge porn lawsuit against him.

The hip-hop star came under fire in May after reportedly reposting a graphic image of Mari from a sex tape, allegedly leaked on her social media page by her ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad.

Mari accused both her ex and the In Da Club hitmaker of trying to "slut-shame" her, and she subsequently filed suit against both men for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has now responded to the lawsuit, insisting it should be thrown out because when he reposted the image of Mari online, it was already all aver the Internet so it should not be considered an invasion of privacy.

According to TMZ, he also maintains the shots of Mari with ejaculate on her face doesn't fall under revenge porn because it doesn't show her engaged in a sex act.
