The former N.W.A. members have officially been cleared of any civil responsibility relating to the death of a bystander on the set of their biopic.

AceShowbiz - Former N.W.A. bandmates Ice Cube and Dr. Dre have officially been cleared of any civil responsibility relating to the death of a bystander on the set of their biopic Straight Outta Compton.
The pair was previously named in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Terry Carter, who was killed in California in January, 2015 after rap mogul Marion 'Suge' Knight tried to flee following an on set altercation, which also resulted in the injury of one of the film's technical advisers, Cle 'Bone' Sloan.
Carter's widow accused Cube and Dre of negligence, even though they were not around at the time of the accident, but a judge removed the rap icons as defendants in 2016.
She and her relatives have been challenging the ruling ever since, but their latest effort was shot down once and for all by appeals court judges, who upheld the decision clearing Cube and Dre of any wrongdoing, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Knight, who is due to stand trial for the fatal hit and run, was also sued over the clash, and remains a defendant.
