A model from Tacoma, Washington accused the 65-year-old of groping her butt, sucking her nipple, and touching her vagina after she agreed to let him autograph her breast last year.
Police detectives investigated her claims and subsequently turned the case over to officials at the Tacoma City Attorney's Office, who declined to file charges.
It is unclear why investigators decided not to pursue the case, but the unidentified woman, who goes by the name K.B., has now filed a civil lawsuit against Jeremy for sexual assault and battery.
She is suing for unspecified damages, alleging she suffers from post traumatic stress disorder. She also claims she suffered a miscarriage after the alleged incident, according to TMZ.
