AceShowbiz - James Corden joins forces with Paul McCartney in a new installment of "Carpool Karaoke" for the London edition of "The Late Late Show with James Corden" which aired on Thursday night, June 22. The legend took James to take a walk down a The Beatles memory lane while belting out some greatest hits from the band.

With Paul taking over the driver's seat, the duo first sang "Baby You Can Drive My Car" before singing "Penny Lane". Paul then revealed the behind story about The Beatles' hit song "Let It Be". "I had a dream in the 60's where my mom, who died, came to me in the dream and was reassuring me, saying, 'It's going to be OK. Just let it be.' I felt so relieved like, 'Oh, it's gonna be great.' She gave me the positive words, so I woke up and I go, 'What was that?' " he recalled. "It was kind of good, you know? So I wrote the song and it was full of positivity."

James and Paul later sang the song and the former broke down in tears at the end of the song. "Oh, man! That got me emotional there," the host said. "I didn't see it coming. It's too much for me," he added while Paul stroke the back of James.

They later pulled up at the home where Paul lived in when he was 12 or 13 before moving out in 18. They later tried to enter and look around the house, much to the owner's surprise. Paul revealed that it was the home where he and John Lennon came to write their many songs, including "She Loves You".

Paul said that he and John came to his dad, who was also a musician, and performed the song for him. Paul's dad loved it, but suggested a change in the lyrics. "It's very nice, but son, there's enough of these Americanism around. Couldn't you sing 'She loves you, yes, yes, yes?' " his dad allegedly said.

James and Paul then susprised people at a bar when curtain dropped, revealing Paul on a stage with a band. After performing "A Hard Day's Night", "Love Me Do" and "Back the USSR", Paul then asked James to join him onstage to perform their final song, "Hey Jude".
