AceShowbiz - Following rumors about their reconciliation, John Cena and Nikki Bella have confirmed they are back together in the new episode of "Total Bellas". In the Sunday, June 17 outing of the E! reality series, the pair had a heart-to-heart conversation about their feelings towards each other after their breakup.

John admitted he couldn't live without Nikki and still wanted to marry her, so he's willing to make a sacrifice for her. "I wanna marry you and relationship and marriage especially is about sacrifice, and I will make that sacrifice for you. I will give you a child," he promised her.

"But you have the...," Nikki said, alluding to John's physical condition that prevents him from having a kid. He responded, "I know. I physically can't have kids. So, I'm also telling you that I'm willing to have surgery and then still go through with being a dad."

Nikki got teary eyes as John expressed his commitment. She was so happy that she leaped across the table to kiss him. "I think I'm gonna leave here as a fiancee. I think, yeah. I am still the soon-to-be Mrs. Cena," she expressed his optimism to the camera.

"You're sure though? Are you gonna change your mind?" Nikki asked John. He firmly stated, "I'm not gonna change my mind. I would never, ever say something like this." Nikki gushed, "Oh John, you're gonna be the most amazing dad in the world."

John then asked for a confirmation, "Just tell me you love me and that you'll marry me." She happily responded, "I love you and I'll marry you."

Previously, responding to John and Nikki's reconciliation rumors, her twin sister Brie Bella said the two were still not technically back together, but they're working on it.
