Harrell served time behind bars in 2015 for his part in a fatal 2013 car crash. He was speeding and on drugs when he clipped a pick-up truck. The driver hit a guardrail and crashed, dying from his injuries.

The rocker was also busted for driving under the influence (DUI) in February, 2014.
