Nuanchan Suklom alleges the 41-year-old had put threatening letters in his mailbox for years and claimes he has been peering into his bathroom and bedroom windows to watch his wife and daughter.

AceShowbiz - A judge has dropped a restraining order request filed by actor Eric Balfour's neighbour.

Last month, Nuanchan Suklom alleged the 41-year-old had put threatening letters in his mailbox for years and claimed the "Six Feet Under" and "24" star had been peering into his bathroom and bedroom windows to watch his wife and daughter.

He also accused Balfour of taking pictures of them, and maintained that the harassment dated back to 2015.

Balfour rejected the allegations, insisting the neighbourly war broke out after he and his wife Erin Chiamulon decided to remodel their home - something Suklom objected to.

A Los Angeles judge initially denied Suklom's request for the restraining order, and set a date for a hearing into the matter, but on Wednesday, June 06, the motion was dismissed altogether.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, it was the second time the case had been thrown out, and it has now been put to rest for good.
