AceShowbiz - The Hills star Audrina Patridge is offloading the home at the centre of her marriage drama.
The reality TV star, who is now reportedly dating pop star Ryan Cabrera, kicked her ex, Corey Bohan, out of the Orange County, California pad last year (17), claiming he was abusive towards her.
And now she wants to rid of the place, placing it on the market for $1.8 million (GBP1.35 million), according to The Blast.
Patridge demanded the four-bedroom pad in the pre-nuptial agreement Bohan signed off on when the couple wed.
She bought the place in 2016, just before she exchanged vows with her now-ex, for over $1.5 million (GBP1.1 million).
After a messy split from Australian BMX dirt bike rider Bohan, following an allegedly violent argument, Audrina and her former husband settled their differences in court in October (17).
Her house was the site of an alleged protective order violation less than 24 hours after Patridge was granted a restraining hold against her ex, when he showed up and refused to leave the Irvine property at the time she arrived to pick up some possessions.
In court, the feuding exes agreed to terms concerning their interactions and how best to co-parent their daughter, Kirra.
Audrina appears to have moved on from the marriage split and is rumoured to be dating her ex-boyfriend Cabrera.
Former The Hills star Audrina Patridge celebrated her 33rd birthday on vacation in Mexico with singer Ryan.
The couple, who split in 2010, jetted off to Los Cabos earlier this month to mark Patridge's birthday. They were photographed having dinner together as the musician posed with his arm around Audrina.
The pair has yet to comment on the status of its relationship.
