The 'Age of Adaline' actress, who sported a huge bow on her waist while attending the 'Deadpool 2' premiere in NYC, is reportedly pregnant with her and Ryan's third baby.

AceShowbiz - Another baby is on the way for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, reports say. According to OK! magazine (via HollywoodLife.com), the 30-year-old actress is expecting her third child with her husband Ryan, just 19 months after welcoming their second child.
The "Gossip Girl" alum sparked speculations about her third pregnancy when she attended the "Deadpool 2" premiere in New York City on May 14 with Ryan. The blonde beauty wore a black sequined gown with a giant burgundy bow around her waist. While she looked stunning in the dress, some people thought that she might be trying to conceal a tiny baby bump with the giant bow.
"Word is she's in the first trimester, so they've only told close friends and family," a source tells the publication. "They had talked about having more kids but didn't have a plan - so this is surely a shocking but very welcome development!"
The news outlet also reports that Blake found a creative way to tell her husband the happy news. "They're always finding ways to playfully trip each other up, but this time Blake won the day," the so-called insider reveals. "I heard Ryan came home to find Blake posing inside the doorway in her 'pregnancy' sweater - a favorite knit dress that she wore throughout her other pregnancies. As soon as Ryan saw it, he knew exactly what it meant!"
Should the pregnancy reports be true, the timing couldn't be better. Ryan will soon complete his "Deadpool 2" promotional duties, which means he will have more time to spend with his family and take care of their children when the baby arrives.
"With all his work on 'Deadpool 2' done, Ryan will be more than ready to take a breather and spend some extra time with the family," the source adds. "Good thing too, because Blake has already told him he's becoming Head Babysitter in their household as soon as the baby arrives. She's ready to catch a few z's!"
Blake previously opened up about her desire to have a big family. "I'm one of five kids. My husband is one of four, so we're officially breeders," she told Savannah Guthrie when appearing on "Today" in 2016.
The couple, who tied the knot in September 2012, welcomed their first daughter James in 2014 and second daughter Inez in 2016.
