The actress makes the move after having a disagreement with the company's male officials.

AceShowbiz - Comedienne Melissa McCarthy is taking a break from designing for her line of plus-size women's clothes after reportedly clashing with the company's male officials. The "Ghostbusters" star launched Melissa McCarthy Seven7 in 2015, with flattering and fashionable outfits to help ladies with larger figures, like herself, but in a new interview with PEOPLE, she reveals future collections are now on hold.

The actress made the move after disagreeing with label bosses on how she should run the business, partly because they were all men.

Recalling the incident, she said, "I just found that so fascinating. I'm not saying it's my way or the highway, but design is such an intimate and hopefully long relationship and you really have to make sure you're doing it right."

And Melissa insists it wasn't an easy decision to make, because she had the latest season of styles all ready to launch.

"It's heartbreaking - I designed a whole season that never came out," she lamented.
