AceShowbiz - Is Khloe Kardashian heading back to Los Angeles after giving birth to her first daughter? The speculation arose after a mystery woman was spotted boarding an airplane back to the city together with Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner on April 17.

Unfortunately, the mystery woman, who was all covered up, was not caught on camera. In some photos obtained by TMZ, Kris was seen donning an all-black ensemble. Kourt, meanwhile, sported a purple tracksuit which she teamed with a black blazer. While Kim rocked a gray puffer jacket and black pants, Kendall sported a green turtleneck jumper.

It remains unknown whether or not the mystery woman was really Khloe, but it was previously reported that the Good American founder would head back to Los Angeles as soon as possible.

"After a very tumultuous few days for Khloe, she has made the decision to fly home to Los Angeles as the baby is ready to travel," a source revealed. "Right now, she realizes she needs her family around her and knows they are people in her life that she will always love and trust."

Khloe welcomed her first daughter with boyfriend Tristan Thompson on April 12. A few days later, she revealed that she and her athlete boyfriend named their daughter True Thompson. "Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE. Such a blessing to welcome this angle into the family!" she wrote on Instagram. "Mommy and Daddy loooove you True!"

However, many were not impressed that Khloe decided to name her baby True after knowing that Tristan allegedly cheated on her. "How Khloe gonna name her baby True Thompson when her daddy didn't stay true to her momma???" a Twitter user wrote, while another said, "Khloe calling her baby True Thompson when her daddy ain't nothing but a two bit liar."
