Corey's mother, Judy, alleges that it wasn't Charlie who sexually abused her teenage son, but rather Dominick Brascia himself, who previously pointed his finger at the HIV-positive actor.

AceShowbiz - Corey Haim's mother has named the man she claims raped her late son. While visiting "The Dr. Oz Show", Judy Haim talked about a recent report in which Dominick Brascia, who was allegedly friends with Corey, claimed that then 13-year-old Corey was sexually assaulted by Charlie Sheen, who was 19 at the time, on the set of 1986's film "Lucas".
Through his rep, Charlie previously denied the allegation. And during her interview with Dr. Oz which aired on Friday, November 9, Judy claimed it wasn't the HIV-positive actor who sexually abused her son, but rather Dominick himself. "This guy Dominick is the guy that abused my son," she said. "My son said so."
Dominick was accused of being Corey's abuser last year. At the time, he denied the allegation, telling Perez Hilton that "it's totally not true." Dominick, who worked together with Corey on 1997's film "Busted", said he's "as shocked as anyone else [as Corey] was one of my good friends, I knew him for over 25 years."
Dominick has yet to comment on Judy's claim.
In her interview with Dr. Oz, Judy said her son made reference to the alleged abuse he suffered at the hands of Dominick on "The Two Coreys", a reality show chronicling his life with his friend and fellow child star Corey Fieldman. "He said so on 'The Two Coreys'," she said. "If you ever go back and watch any interview that my son ever gave, you would understand what I'm talking about. He hid nothing."
Judy said Dominick lived near them in Studio City and that her son Corey and his pals would often visit Dominick's home. She said that one day, she got a call from her son "yelling and screaming" that Dominick allegedly wouldn't get off of him. She rushed over to Domick's home and alleged that when she walked in, she saw a "fully dressed" Dominick sitting on top of her son.
"Dominick was sitting on my son, pinning him to the floor, not allowing him to move," she said. "I took a pool cue -- and he will remember that -- and I went so close to his head and I said, 'You better get off of him or I'm bashing your head in.' And he got off of him and we left.' "
Judy claimed Corey had been sexually abused by Dominick one other time in that apartment before. However, she didn't give further detail as "the industry or the media, they always go and tend to blame a parent."
"You know what? You can watch them as much as you can watch them. But what are you going to do, go out with a 16 or 17-year-old to every single party, to every single movie? It's the same thing on set. What if a producer wants to read lines in the trailer?" she continued, adding that "it's a really tough situation."
