Following the release of the three-and-a-half-minute clip, 'Black Suit' has topped Soribada chart and debuted at a high rank on other charts such as Melon and Bugs.

AceShowbiz - Super Junior is finally back. The popular Korean boyband released their 8th studio album "Play" along with the music video for "Black Suit" on November 6. The funky music video sees the seven boys planning to take over an auction.

The clip opens with the group getting into a chaos at an auction. One of the members, Shindong, can be seen hiding under the chair, while Choi Siwon flips over a table angrily. The scene then switches to show the flashback of what the boys are doing before the chaos occurs. Just like other K-pop music videos, there are also some scenes that show the group dancing and singing over the upbeat melody.

Following the release of the clip, "Black Suit" quickly peaked on Soribada chart and arrived at a high rank on other charts such as Melon and Bugs. Meanwhile, their album "Play" has topped iTunes Album charts and iTunes Pop Album charts in 23 different countries including Argentina, Japan, Mexico, Costa Rica, Hungary, Colombia and more.

Before releasing both album and music video, Super Junior, who debuted in 2005, held a press conference for their comeback. During the event, the group's leader Leeteuk opened up about promoting without Siwon, who has been confirmed to not participate in Super Junior's broadcast promotions following controversy surrounding his family's dog.

"We never gave up and braved through whatever happened because we think another opportunity will come our way, so I think this was another opportunity for the six of us to get closer," he stated. "We talked among ourselves about how despite the circumstances, we should never lose our biggest weapons: our liveliness and wit."

He added that Siwon's absence encouraged them to work harder. "We talked a lot about sending our energy to our fans who love us. Although we are missing one member during this promotion, we will work harder to fill that spot and are not too worried," he continued.
