AceShowbiz - Lee Jong Suk is confirmed to appear on "Three Meals a Day". On Tuesday, September 5 local time, his agency YG Entertainment released a statement saying that the "School 2013" actor had filmed his guest-starring appearance in the "seaside ranch" edition of tvN's "Three Meals a Day".

The show is filmed at Deukryang Island and Jong Suk has reportedly returned on September 4. The episode featuring the 27-year-old heartthrob is expected to air sometime in September, but no exact date is announced as of now.

His appearance on the reality cooking show will mark his reunion with close friend and "Pinnochio" co-star Yoon Kyun Sang. Kyun Sang played Jong Suk's on-screen long-lost brother on the 2014 drama series.

"Three Meals a Day" follows Lee Seo Jin, Eric Mun and Kyun Sang as they live in a little rural or fishing village three days a week and use whatever food they find there to create three meals a day. Each season may feature a group of different stars and is set in different location. AOA's Seolhyun is also confirmed to appear as a guest star, while Han Ji Min and Lee Je Hoon have appeared on the show earlier this season.

The show is created by producer-director Na Young Seok, who previously directed popular variety shows such as "2 Days & 1 Night", "Grandpas Over Flowers", "Sisters Over Flowers" and "Youth Over Flowers". "Three Meals a Day" airs Fridays at 21:50 (KST) on tvN.

Jong Suk's appearance on the show will be just in time with the premiere of his new drama series "While You Were Sleeping", which is set to air on SBS every Wednesday and Thursday at 22:00 (KST) starting September 27. He stars opposite Bae Suzy, who portrays a woman who can see unfortunate events in her dreams. Jong Suk takes the role of Jae-chan, a prosecutor who does everything he can to prevent the woman's dreams from coming true.

Jong Suk also stars in thriller film "V.I.P" which was released in South Korea in August.
