"Khloe and Tristan have been looking specifically at baby-friendly properties in Bel-Air and Beverly Hills," the insider tells Life & Style, "They both feel great about where they are in their relationship, and they're ready to have a baby together."
While it's unknown whether Khloe is already pregnant with her first child, the insider believes that the couple will make a pregnancy announcement before the end of the year.
Khloe is reportedly hard at work planning her future with Tristan. "[She's] already dreaming of what her nursery and playroom would look like," says the insider, "Once they find their dream home, she wants to hire the best interior designer to help make her dreams come true."
