Ke$ha didn't seem to be hurt a bit by Jerry Seinfeld despite having been hug-snubbed by him. Appearing on SiriusXM's "Hits 1 in Hollywood" show, the 30-year-old pop star addressed that awkward moment when the comedian denied her request to hug her on the red carpet of National Night of Laughter in Washington, D.C.

"I felt like I was 5 years old," the "We R Who We R" hitmaker said on the radio show. She even poked fun at the incident as she continued recalling, "I instantly was like, 'Oh, f**k me.' And I like somehow ended up in my very own mini-episode of 'Seinfeld' for like five seconds."

Asked by co-hosts Michael Yo, Tony Fly and Symon whether she had a message for the actor, Kesha replied, "I should've known better ... That was my fault."

Jerry Seinfeld previously explained why he refused to hug Kesha. "I'm 63, I don't know every pop star," he said in an interview with Extra, as he appeared to be clueless about the singer during their encounter. "I don't know everyone."

"I was right in the middle of an interview, it was a little off," he went on defending himself. "When you get to be my age and you've done a couple things, you have your own reality, in my reality, I don't hug a total stranger. I have to meet someone, say hello. I gotta start somewhere ... hug isn't first moment of a human, two humans. I never did that."

He added, "I'm sure I would've liked her, but I need to know who are you." Jerry apparently had talked to Kesha after the hug-snub as he said, "She was very nice about it, we laughed about it."
