Choa of AOA has decided to avoid the spotlight. The "Fire" hitmaker recently deleted all photos on her Instagram account after it was reported that she went on a 2-month hiatus in order to hide her romance with a young CEO.

Although Choa wasn't originally active on Instagram, fans still found it surprising that she chose to wipe all her photos. However, there's a possibility that she may come back since she hasn't deleted her account.

Fans saw her action as a sign that AOA might end up disbanding as Choa is one of the most popular members in the group. "AOA is probably on path for disbandment. They lost their popularity to the third generation groups like Twice," a fan commented on an article on Nate. "Feels like things have already gone south for AOA... FNC [Entertainment] is already promoting Hyejeong's new pictorial. Seems like they've picked a new member to push," another added.

Other fans still believed that it was only Choa's way to avoid more controversy and hoped she would return soon. "It'll be noisy no matter what she does... might as well just stay quiet before more rumors get stirred up," a fan wrote. Another said, "Honestly Choa had such a great image. Great singer, great personality... I hope she comes back after her break."

Last week, Kim Heechul of Super Junior spoke up about being involved in Choa's dating rumors as he was said to be the matchmaker for the alleged couple. He stated that he had nothing to do with the rumors and told people to stop using his name in other celebrities' dating rumors.

Choa later apologized on Instagram, saying that she was sorry toward "unrelated people that have been harmed." She wrote, "Please do not bother other people anymore by connecting them to me because of my break, If articles about me have caused concern, I apologize."
