Angelina Jolie is said to be forbidding her six children to contact their father, Brad Pitt. National Enquirer says that the actress won't let her children use their phones when they're alone. The tabloid's source claims, "It's so sad! Brad literally cries himself to sleep because she won't allow the six tykes, 8 through 15, any unsupervised phone/face time, despite admitting on TV he's a 'wonderful father.' " In a further explanation, the source adds that Jolie "suspects Brad's trying to parent them from afar."

Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016 and has requested physical custody of their children. The former couple hasn't be seen together since their split, but there have been a lot of reports saying that Pitt, in particular, is trying to mend their relationship for the sake of their children. Some sources say that the "Mr and Mrs Smith" stars started talking to each other directly last March. Pitt is also reportedly spending time with their children more. "He is spending more time with the kids when they are in L.A.," an insider says. "He has even spent time with Maddox and Pax. Things are definitely calming down."

Pitt and Jolie, formerly known as "Brangelina" couple, started dating publicly in 2006 after Pitt's divorce from actress Jennifer Aniston the year before. Jolie was accused to be the reason behind the divorce, but she denied the accusation. They officially got married in 2014, after having 6 children. They have three adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and three biological children, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.

The two seem to be recovering well from their separation, with Jolie reportedly having "sweet romantic meetings" with Tom Cruise and Pitt making a return to the red carpet after 5 months hiatus.
