The new show called 'Raven's Home' will have Raven-Symone and Anneliese Van der Pol reprising their roles as Raven and Chelsea respectively.

AceShowbiz - "That's So Raven" spin-off is officially picked up by Disney Channel. Called "Raven's Home", the show will see the return of Raven-Symone and her original co-star Anneliese Van der Pol. Symone has left "The View" to lead the new series.
It will follow Chelsea and Raven, both divorced single mothers, raising their children in the same house. When one of Raven's kids begins to show signs that they have inherited her trait of catching glimpses of the future, the already hectic household gets turned upside down, keeping even Raven on her toes.
Issac Brown ("Black-ish") and Navia Robinson ("Being Mary Jane") will play Raven's 11-year-old twins Booker and Nia while Jason Maybaum ("Superstore") stars as Chelsea's son Levi and "America's Got Talent" alum Sky Katz as Nia's best friend Tess.
