The official title for the second installment of the supernatural horror film is revealed at the CinemaCon.

AceShowbiz - "Annabelle" sequel has gotten a new title. Warner Bros. revealed the title of the upcoming supernatural horror movie during the CinemaCon on Wednesday, March 29. It is officially called "Annabelle: Creation".
The studio screened a promo to show exhibitors the creepy trailer for "Annabelle: Creation", which is directed by David F. Sanberg. It also showed another trailer for Stephen King's "It".
The presentation included interviews with the directors, including "The Conjuring" helmer James Wan. The footage for the second installment of the "Annabelle" film series showed a horrifying children's tea party as a petrified, crucifix-holding Miranda Otto looked on and supernatural shaking ensued courtesy of the titular possessed doll. A loud spine crack later could be heard coming from her posssessed daughter.
"Annabelle 2" will focus more on the evil doll's maker, who invites a nun and a group of young girls into his home after they are forced to leave an orphanage. It is set to be released in the U.S. on August 11.
