Gwyneth Paltrow has some great advice to improve your sex life. The 44-year-old actress has taken to her Goop website to discuss some pretty risque topics including anal sex, which she thinks is "practically standard in the modern bedroom repertoire."

In the latest issue of her newsletter, Gwyneth invited psychoanalyst researcher Paul Joannides, Psy.D. to compile a comprehensive guide to the taboo sexual act. "If anal turns you on, you are definitely not alone," she said, before stressing that it's important to practice safe sex. "But its prevalence doesn't change the fact that it's the riskiest sexual behavior in terms of HIV and other STDs."

She went on giving tips for safe and pleasurable anal intercourse. The "Iron Man" star said that it's important for a couple to be really open, honest and trusting to enjoy this kind of sex. "Couples who do not have excellent sexual communication, who don't freely give and receive feedback about what feels good and what doesn't, and who don't have a high level of trust should not be having anal sex," she added.

It was recently reported that Gwyneth was planning to tie the knot with boyfriend Brad Falchuk. A source revealed that the "American Horror Story" writer/producer would propose to Gwyneth "soon" since he already got her kids' approval to make Brad part of the family. "Her kids love him and think he's the best," said the source.

Gwyneth and Brad have been dating since August 2014, after meeting on the set of "Glee" in 2010. After celebrating his birthday together earlier this month, the couple "could have another milestone to celebrate next: engagement."
