In the end, host Arnold Schwarzenegger chose the winner based on who showed consistency while completing the tasks throughout the competition.

The New Celebrity Apprentice has been announced. In the season finale which aired Monday, February 13, Boy George and Matt Iseman tried to complete the final task, which was to create an ad campaign, host a party and produce a variety show for Carnival Cruise Lines, with the help of some returning contestants.
After an intense preparation which saw Boy refusing to work with a keyboardist, the presentation of both teams was quite smooth sailing with performances from Wilson Phillips and Natasha Bedingfield. Caitlyn Jenner also made a guest appearance, arriving in time despite little traffic hiccup.
Matt raised $573, 329, while Boy raised $445,925, which helped Arnold Schwarzenegger make the decision on who should be named the winner. After asking each finalist why they deserved to win, the former governor picked Matt as the winner for showing "consistency."
"You kicked some serious butt, task after task after task," Arnold explained. "That's what makes a winner, consistency." Matt got $250,000 for his charity, Arthritis Foundation.
