Fox has unleashed the first trailer for "A Cure for Wellness" for fans' viewing pleasure. It introduces Dane DeHaan as a young executive, who is given a task to retrieve his company's CEO from a health spa in the Swiss Alps before he's also trapped in the same "wellness center."
One scene shows him meeting with one of the "prisoners", who is played by Mia Goth, in the creepy place. Asked if he has the cure, he replies, "No. Actually I was just leaving." She tells him that he will never leave before he is seen getting into an accident, leaving him injured and treated by a creepy doctor at the spa.
Directed by Gore Verbinski, "A Cure for Wellness" follows an ambitious young executive who is sent to retrieve his company's CEO from an idyllic but mysterious "wellness center" at a remote location in the Swiss Alps. He soon suspects that the spa's miraculous treatments are not what they seem.
The thriller is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on February 17, 2017. The supporting actors include Jason Isaacs, Celia Imrie, Carl Lumbly, Adrian Schiller, Susanne Wuest, Lisa Banes and Ivo Nandi.
