Is Kanye West going to make a music comeback soon? The "Famous" hitmaker is still receiving outpatient care at a rented private residence apart from his family after he was released from UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday, November 29.

Rumor has it, Kanye has been working on his music and fashion line, but Kim Kardashian doesn't want him to make a comeback on stage at any time soon. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star only wants her husband's condition to get better first.

"No one in the Kardashian household is even talking about Kanye touring," a source tells HollywoodLife.com, "They want him to get better and are only focusing on that and not if he will tour anytime soon or ever again. The consensus is that once he gets better, everything else will fall into place."

The source continues, "And when he does perform live again, it will most likely be done on a show like The Grammys or the VMAs or BET Awards. Once again, that won't happen until he can handle a comeback."

Kanye is currently living apart from Kim and their two kids North and Saint. He reportedly planned to return to their Bel-Air mansion next week. "Kanye wanted to just come back home after he left the hospital, but both Kim and his doctors thought it was best for him to stay at an alternate location," a source told X17online, "His doctors wanted him to be focused solely on his recovery, which couldn't be done in a house full of people and staffers. Kim wanted to shield the kids from finding out that anything was wrong with their dad. Saint is obviously too young to grasp what's going on, but North isn't."
