AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian once again sparks speculation that she went under the knife to enhance her looks. The reality TV star looked unrecognizable after spending hours at a plastic surgery clinic over the weekend, amid rumors that she has broken up with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
On Sunday, November 13, Khloe reportedly visited a medical spa in Los Angeles. She left after two hours inside, looking different. In some pictures obtained by OK!, her lips appeared puffy and red as she tried to hide the rest of her face behind dark shades and a black hoodie. She kept her head down while looking at her cell phone.
This isn't the first time Khloe is rumored to have gone through plastic surgery. Earlier this month, her fans criticized her different look when she appeared to be sporting bigger-looking lips while attending a basketball game.
