The actress says she's 'relieved' after the DCFS closed the child abuse case, but will reportedly present evidence that he did abuse one of their kids if he's still seeking joint custody.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie is "relieved" after the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services closed the child abuse case against Brad Pitt. After news broke on Wednesday, November 9 that the actor was cleared of all allegations, the "Maleficent" actress issued a statement in which she insisted that "the health of the family" was what she always wanted.
"The job of the DCFS is to make sure the children are in a safe and secure situation. As we said earlier this week, childcare professionals encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides that was in the best interest of the children," the statement read.
"Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal."
The DCFS, which had been investigating Pitt since report emerged that his divorce from Jolie was triggered by his plane fight with their oldest son Maddox, found that the "Fury" actor did not commit any child abuse during the incident. The DCFS also ruled out any reports of a repeated pattern of misconduct on Pitt's part.
Despite her statement, Jolie is reportedly not satisfied with the result of the investigation, which could prevent her from getting primary custody of her and Pitt's six children. According to TMZ's sources, she will present evidence that Pitt did abuse at least one of the kids if he's still seeking joint custody.
