According to E! News, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has reached out to French authorities to file the complaint against Vitalii as this is not the first time she and the celebrity prankster have crossed paths.
In a viral video, the infamous Vitalii was seen lunging at Kim's butt as she was making a short walk from her chauffeured car to her favorite restaurant. He, however, failed to touch the 35-year-old reality star as her massive bodyguard quickly pinned him down to the ground. The man ran away as paparazzi followed him behind.
Another video shared by makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic showed Vitalii trying to plant a kiss on Kim's derriere. Kanye West's wife looked sexy in a sheer coat over a black bra top and shorts.
