Damon teases 'big loser' Kimmel about losing the Outstanding Variety Talk Series award to 'Last Week Tonight with John Oliver', continuing his fake feud with the comedian.

Matt Damon and Jimmy Kimmel brought their fake feud to the Primetime Emmy Awards. The "Jason Bourne" hunk casually walked onto the stage while eating an apple, interrupting Kimmel who's hosting the Sunday, September 18 ceremony.
Damon thanked Kimmel's mom for the apple. "What do you want?" The comedian asked the actor, who said that he missed the last category and asked Kimmel if he won the Outstanding Variety Talk Series for which his show "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" was nominated. Kimmel lost it to "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver" and Damon couldn't help mocking his on-screen nemesis. "I knew. I had him in my pool," he said.
"The Martian" star added, "This is so humiliating. I'm sorry, I mean, you lost, but now you gotta stand out here for the rest of the night in front of everybody, when you probably just wanna go home and curl up and cry. Can we cheer Jimmy up? He's a big loser."
"I don't need pity applauses. I'm not a big loser," Kimmel said, but Damon responded, "You're a pretty big loser. And I for one, am sorry about that." Damon told Kimmel before leaving, "I'll see you at the after party," but the host apparently didn't get the invite. "There's an after party?" he asked.
