The 'Loyal' hitmaker's lawyer Mark Geragos confirms that his client is out of jail after arrested on a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown has been released from jail after being arrested on Tuesday, August 30 on a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon. The R&B star was reportedly released just after 11 P.M., after posting $250,000 bail.

His lawyer Mark Geragos has taken to Twitter to confirm his release as well as deny the assault claims against the 27-year-old star. "Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false," he posted on Tuesday night.

Chris was arrested at 1 P.M. local time after an all-day police standoff at his Tarzana, California home. He was interviewed at the LAPD Robbery Homicide Division before being booked at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

Police arrived at Chris' house in the early hours of Tuesday after obtaining a search warrant from a report filed by a former pageant queen named Baylee Curran, who alleged that Breezy pointed a gun at her during a party at the estate on Monday night.

Chris took to Instagram to deny the allegations, claiming that he was asleep when the alleged incident happened. "So I'm asleep half the damn night," he began his rant. "I just wake up and all these motherf**king helicopter choppers are around, the police are at the gate."

A source, however, told RadarOnline.com that the incident did happen and Chris' 2-year-old daughter Royalty was in his care at the time. The little girl is reportedly "back with" her mother, Nia Guzman, now.
