The former 'Glee' star says she went under the knife for medical reason and didn't care about people's reaction, 'I will get it done again if I want to.'

NeNe Leakes confirms she had a new nose job. "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" explains to Andy Cohen, "It was a real medical reason why I had to get it done again. My cartilage was growing in my nose and ... the tip of my nose was touching my lip when I smiled."
"I would never just do my nose just for the purpose of doing my nose," the Bravo reality TV star continues during her visit to "Watch What Happens Live". "[The first time] was because I didn't love my nose and I wanted to do my nose to make it more beautiful for myself."
"People are constantly judging and picking people apart. It's absolutely horrible," she comments on the backlash she received online. "I got my nose done, first of all, because I can and I will, and I will get it done again if I want to."
On Twitter, Leakes adds, "Everybody is so concerned about my nose but no one seems to care about my [expletive] implant!" She also jokes, "NYC nites after WWHL! But right b4 I took this pic I bleached my skin then shrunk my hands & feet."
