'RuPaul's Drag Race' Has New Winner in Season 8 Finale

Naomi Smalls, Kim Chi and Bob the Drag Queen are fighting for the title of America's Next Drag Superstar in the season finale.

AceShowbiz - America's Next Drag Superstar was revealed in the eighth season finale of "RuPaul's Drag Race" which aired Monday, May 16 on Logo. The finale was taped live from the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, Ca., with all of the contestants returning to discuss their experiences on the show.

Naomi Smalls, Kim Chi and Bob the Drag Queen were the top 3 and they performed one final lip sync showdown. "Game of Thrones" star Lena Headey gave a shout-out to Naomi in a taped video and Margaret Cho appeared as North Korean leader Kim Jong-il. The top 3 contestants also starred in RuPaul's new music video.

Next was time for the results. Before we found out the winner, it was announced that Cynthia Lee Fontaine was chosen as Miss Congeniality. The America's Next Drag Superstar was eventually revealed and the title went to Bob the Drag Queen.

"Winning is a dream come true, and a great opportunity," she said. "With great drag comes great responsibility and I'm excited to get responsible." Bob took home the $100,000 cash prize and a one-year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics.
