Kim Kardashian is currently on diet to slim down after giving birth to son Saint West last December. She has dropped about 50 lbs. and is now 5 pounds away from her pre-baby body. "YOU GUYS!!!!! PRE BABY WEIGHT WAS 135!!!!!" she wrote.
