Having only a few days left before releasing "Views from the 6", Drake has finally unveiled the album's official cover art. The Toronto MC has just posted on Instagram the artwork which is a proper tribute to his hometown.
The image shows Drizzy sitting atop Canada's National Tower with the dark clouds in the backdrop. "To the city I love and the people in it...Thank you for everything #VIEWS," he wrote in the caption.
"Views from the 6" is due out on April 29. As part of Drake's deal with Apple, the project will be available exclusively on Apple Music for one week before being released on other streaming services and retailers.
"It's something that I've been working really hard on, myself and [producer] 40... Trying to craft a lifestyle track, a sound for our city," he explained the album earlier this month. "It's not a short ting [sic]. There's a lot of music on there. You'll have your full share of Drake music for the summer and for the year. Forever."
"Views" is Drake's first full-length effort since 2013's "Nothing Was the Same" that peaked at No. 1 on Billboard 200. Last year, he also topped the chart with the mixtapes "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" and "What a Time to Be Alive". The latter is a collaborative set with Future.
