The Canadian singer wants to treat the reality TV star 'like a queen' and 'do something extravagant' for her if she accepts his offer to meet him in New York next month.

Justin Bieber doesn't seem like he has done anything for Kourtney Kardashian on her birthday. However, it doesn't mean he doesn't care about the mother of three, who turned 37 on Monday, April 18.
The Canadian singer, who's been touring North America in support of his latest album "Purpose", has reportedly sent Kourtney a secret happy birthday message. A source tells HollywoodLife.com that he has also planned something special for the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star if she agrees to meet him in New York next month.
"Justin didn't forget about Kourtney's birthday. He sent her a sweet Happy Birthday message, along with an open invitation to come stay with him for the weekend in any city where he's performing," the source says.
"He said he wants to spoil her to the max and treat her like a queen as a belated birthday gift," the source continues. "He wouldn't mind doing something extravagant with Kourtney when he's in New York for his May shows in Brooklyn."
Justin and Kourtney have been rumored to be in a relationship for quite some time now with the latest report claiming they recently hooked up in Los Angeles. However, he didn't publicly wish (or hasn't wished) the oldest Kardashian sister a happy birthday on her special day.
Meanwhile, Kourtney's ex Scott Disick posted on Instagram a throwback photo of them making out in a pool and captioned it with a lovely message that read, "Happy birthday @kourtneykardash everyone who knows you loves you so much!"
