Khloe Kardashian took to her official website to share her tips on how to burn calories effectively with having sex. The "Kocktails with Khloe" host admitted that she used a "sex calculator" to find out how many calories that she's burning while getting intimate with her partner.

"I'm all about having fun with fitness and it's the best way to stay motivated to work out. I had my team put together a list of sex positions that burn the most calories, because what's more fun than getting down??? LOL," the 31-year-old star said. "I even found this 'sex calculator' that tells you exactly how many calories are burned between the sheets based on your gender, weight, position, style ('slow,' 'frisky' or 'fast and furious,' haha) and time frame," she continued, adding that a woman of average weight and height could burn 40 calories while in the missionary position for 15 minutes.

Khloe then opened up that she was not a fan of missionary position. "I'm not a missionary girl, and I don't belong in a missionary!!! LOL, maybe I'd be more into this position if it was more of a workout, but missionary burns way more calories for men - somewhere between 100-300 in an hour!" she explained.

Instead, she preferred another position which she called "the shoulder" because according to her, it would burn a lot of calories. "The Shoulder is apparently the BEST sex position when it comes to getting in a full workout," Khloe wrote.

She later explained how to do it. "To try it, lie flat on your back and raise your legs, lift your butt and thighs and support your lower back with your hands on your man's thighs. When you thrust you'll be working EVERYTHING - butt, abs, back, core and legs," she said.
