According to an insider, the mother of two and the 60-year-old star choose some extreme methods to lose their weight, including gastric banding surgery.

Everyone knows that Kim Kardashian has been struggling to lose some weight after giving birth to son Saint back in December, 2015. Radar Online reported that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and her mother Kris Jenner chose some extreme methods to get thin instantly.
A source close to Kim revealed that before Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 Fashion Show earlier this year, the mother of two asked her cosmetic dentist to pull two of her teeth to make her cheeks narrower. "Knowing she'd have to make an appearance at Kanye's fashion show recently, Kim needed a quick fix," the insider said. "So she had her cosmetic dentist pull two teeth in the back of her mouth, which she believes makes her cheeks narrower and slims her face!"
Meanwhile, Kris may have planned something more extreme than Kim allegedly did. The 60-year-old star wanted to undergo gastric banding surgery to get slimmer. "She wants to fix the two things that are literally weighing her down - booze and food," the source said of Kris. "Even though this is an extreme operation for someone Kris' age, she's convinced a gastric band is the best and fastest way to get back into shape."
