"Deadpool" has become a box office hit, but James Corden thinks he could take it to the next level. In a sketch which aired on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" Thursday night, February 18, the host shows up at Ryan Reynolds' place to share his idea about a sidekick for Deadpool.
Reynolds doesn't seem into the idea, but lets Corden shows his sidekick suggestions anyway. The British comedian begins showing up in hilarious costumes and comes up with names for the proposed sidekicks such as Strawberry Short Fuse, Ravey Crockett and Ten-To-Kill. But Reynolds thinks they don't work.
Just when a disappointed Corden gives up and is about to leave, Reynolds says he has an idea that may work. The next scene shows they both dressing up as Deadpool and chasing a bad guy in what is called "Double Deadpool".
