One of the extras at the New York show took to Twitter to slam the rapper, whom he accused of not giving him salary.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 Fashion Show has caused some drama and controversy. An extra for the show slammed the rapper by posting a picture along with a lengthy message, saying that Kanye had not paid him.

One of the extras, who goes by the name "Kurents" on Instagram, uploaded a picture of a giant screen which displayed himself in the crowd during the event. "Lmao I was on the megatron at Madison for yeezy 3. s**t was trash. Kanye finnessed 1200 young black adults into working as extras for free to a sold out white crowd that was screaming 'all day n***a,' " he wrote.

Lmao I was on the megatron at Madison for yeezy 3. shit was trash. Kanye finnessed 1200 young black adults into working as extras for free to a sold out white crowd that was screaming "all day nigga". We didn't find out we weren't getting paid til 6am. He sent us to jersey and put us in Salvation Army clothes (not yeezy, my pants were carhartt and my shirt was American apparel). I jugged some sambas from wardrobe though.

"We didn't find out we weren't getting paid til 6am. He sent us to jersey and put us in Salvation Army clothes (not yeezy, my pants were carhartt and my shirt was American apparel)," he added. As it turns out, the extras were asked to obey a number of rules, including "no eye contact," "no dancing" and "do not act cool."

What Kurents said was not in accordance with the deal Kanye previously offered. Last week, the rapper's camp announced that they would launch "a casting for up to 1200 paid extras to participate," noting that there would be same-day payment of $50-$80 in cash. The announcement later said, "Extras will go through makeup & wardrobe and will be positioned throughout the floor of Madison Square Garden in a fully designed set. They will stand comfortably throughout the set and receive direction on their performance gestures."

While Kurents claimed that he was unpaid, a rep for West insisted that all extras were paid, but his camp acknowledged that not all of them were wearing Yeezy clothing.
