AceShowbiz - Teresa Giudice is officially free. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star ended her 44-day house arrest on Friday, February 5 and she tweeted a positive message to express her gratitude.

"Feeling so blessed today xo," she wrote. Her lawyer James L. Leonard Jr. confirmed that days of confinement were officially over. Leonard Jr. also said that the 43-year-old TV personality was no longer wearing an ankle bracelet. "As of 9 A.M. this morning, the ankle monitor was removed. She's no longer on home confinement. She's free to come and go as she pleases," he said in a statement.

"Teresa is no longer subject to the parameters of home confinement. She is now free in all aspects from the custodial portion of her sentence. Teresa is very happy about house arrest being over and will spend tonight out to dinner with her family," he added.

As previously reported, Giudice was released from prison on December 23, 2015 after spending 11 months behind bars at Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut on fraud charges. She then served house arrest, but was still able to do a few things outside of the home like grocery shopping and working out. Her husband Joe Giudice, who also pled guilty to tax fraud, will start 3.5-year prison sentence this Spring.
