Khloe Kardashian has leased a home for her estranged husband Lamar Odom next to her own house in Calabasas. According to TMZ, Lamar's new property is located in the exclusive gated community The Oaks.

Sources tell the site that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star's name is on the lease as Lamar is still in no position to sign contracts. Lamar's family confirmed earlier this month that the former NBA star had been discharged from hospital and would be moved to a private facility.

Although Lamar isn't staying in the same house as Khloe, they often spend time together. On Monday, January 25, the 36-year-old former basketball player was seen at Khloe's house and he looked good.

In the Monday episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", Khloe said Lamar's recovery had been aided by Kim Kardashian's daughter North West and Kourtney Kardashian children. "He's hung out with Kourt's and Kim's kids. He loves family time. I think it makes him feel good to be around everyone too and to just be in a happy environment over obviously where he was," she shared.

Khloe explained that Lamar's health improvement was "great." She told Ellen DeGeneres, "His long-term memory is great. His short-term memory isn't so good, but I mean if I met someone earlier today I probably wouldn't remember either so I mean that's understandable. But he's great."
