The CW has debuted a new promo for "Arrow" season 4 to tease fans with what to expect when the show returns with the second half of the season in early 2016. Felicity's fate still hangs in the balance, but Oliver Queen seems to be mourning the death of someone close to him.

"I'm gonna kill him," he says in front of a fresh grave. In another scene, he beats out Damien's henchman to find out where the main villain is. They eventually meet and have a showdown in the video.

In the winter finale, Felicity got shot by Damien's henchmen who were sent to kill Oliver. Despite several teasers that showed the funeral scene, there are some reasons to believe that Felicity's not the one in the grave.

In a set photo shared by Echo Kellum (Custis Holt) a few weeks ago, she's seen hanging out with Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity) who's wearing the engagement ring Oliver gave to Felicity, hinting that the character is still alive.

Moreover, star David Ramsey said last month when asked about the theory that Felicity had fallen, "I just can't see them messing with that relationship. Also, I don't even know if [Oliver] would be able to talk if it was Felicity. He would just be so broken."

"Arrow" returns Wednesday, January 20 at 8 P.M. ET on The CW.
