AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift made a surprise visit to a young fan battling cancer named Delaney Clements on Saturday, December 19. The "Blank Space" hitmaker was traveling home for the holidays when she paid a visit to Delaney's house in Colorado.
Delaney posted on Instagram a photo of her and Taylor wearing red lipstick. "I was just laying down taking a nap in my room when my mom said I had a visitor. And I thought it might just be another person coming to see how I was," she wrote alongside the shot.
"Then suddenly the most amazing miracle happens... The Taylor Swift walked into my bedroom and spent the afternoon with me just talking and hanging!!!!" she added, "I am beyond Blessed for everyone's help and support!!! Thank you!!!Happy holidays!!@taylorswift #Delaneymeettaylor @bryyleiigh."
Taylor shared a photo collage of her and Delaney's family along with caption, "Merry Christmas Baby @delaneyy.bugg."
Delaney's mother Wendy Campbell added other photos of Taylor and her daughter who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2010. "So this just happened," she wrote, "Thank you Taylor Swift for the best Christmas present ever. #TaylorMeetDelaney."
