While Olivia enjoys the warm and friendly reactions she gets at a Christmas party, her father Rowan is on the brink of losing his life.

Christmas comes early to "Scandal". In the next episode, the White House throws a party to celebrate the holiday and Olivia plays a nice host. "America's starting to fall for Olivia Pope," so Abby notices.
Elsewhere, Huck may lose control and harm his captive, Papa Pope a.k.a. Rowan. "I know what you want," Huck says in a threatening tone, before he chokes Rowan. "Do it!" Rowan says to his attacker.
Also in the episode, Olivia is feeling more and more frustrated as she takes on "First Lady" type responsibilities at the White House. Meanwhile, Mellie proves just how powerful she can be and Jake and Huck continue the hunt for Rowan.
"Baby, It's Cold Outside" airs Thursday, November 19 at 9 P.M. on ABC. The episode serves as a winter finale and the show will later return in early 2016.
